Marlon Moye-Moore is extremely passionate about personal training, and enjoys helping people meet their fitness goals.
In 2006 Marlon became a nationally certified personal trainer through Body Tech Fitness Association (BFTA) and began training at Pro Fitness and Journey Fitness in the Orlando area. He gained invaluable experience working with seasoned trainers on complex cases.
It’s Marlon’s training style that sets him apart from the others. The simple philosophy is that core functional training is the key. Marlon has developed a formula that trainers and commercial gyms have tried to explain through the years: Strength + Heart Rate + Core Conditioning = Fat Loss.
My passion and love for fitness started in my early years of high school. After a tragic lost of my best friend, I needed to fin an outlet that was healthy and positive for myself. The gym became my second home.
Since then I wanted to help others and became a Certified Personal Trainer through international Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
Since my time at Elite Fitness I found my passion for group training and became a TRX and Bootcamp instructor.
I take the word personal in personal trainer to heart. I enjoy getting to know my clients and not only being there as trainer but also as their coach.
